Service & Support Philosophy

Standard Data Corporation is by its very existence a customer service oriented organization. As such, each employee that is in a client relationship role understands their individual responsibility to support each client’s needs, and the requirements of the client’s organization as a whole. Our weekly team/management meetings are held for the purpose of sharing client status and discussing the administrative and technical elements of projects.

Customer Service Representatives
Each account has multiple service representatives who are responsible for specific and general relationship support. Each representative functions as not only a support mechanism for the application, but as a technical representative charged with sharing new ideas, advanced business tools, intuitive training, and resourceful handholding. Standard Data Corporation is a service-oriented company, and we envision our CSR’s becoming more involved in the day-to-day technology implemented by our clients.
